- 450g pork tenderloin, cut into 8 equal slices
- 1/4 cup tamari (soy sauce)
- 2 tbsp mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 2 tbsp fresh orange juice & 1/2tsp grated zest
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 salad onions, cut diagonally into 1/4inch pieces
