About Me, Louisa!

My name is Louisa Cooling and I am a Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach. Before setting up Enriched, I spent 30 years working in the corporate world, so I understand what it’s like trying to keep all the balls in the air, wanting to do the best for everyone while also trying to look after my own mental and physical health.
